It supplements our general Privacy Policy, which continues to apply to the rest of the Website.

When you enter your e-mail address in the discount form on the Shop, we collect and store:
The Shop also remembers your discount code in your browser’s local storage so that it can be applied automatically at checkout. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
We process your data for the following purposes:
You can withdraw your consent at any time (see Section 8). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
Your discount code is created in the Gumroad marketplace, which handles all purchases, payments and order delivery for DJ VISUALS products. When you complete a purchase, Gumroad processes your payment and personal data under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We never see or store your card details. Gumroad shares with us the information necessary to fulfil your order (e.g. your name, e-mail address, DJ name, selected scenes and uploaded logo).
If you submitted the discount form, we may occasionally send you e-mails about new visual packs, discounts and news from BA visuals LLC. We send these e-mails ourselves from [email protected]; we do not sell or rent your e-mail address to third parties for their own marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our e-mails or by writing to [email protected].
We share your data only with service providers that help us operate the Shop, under appropriate data processing agreements:

BA visuals LLC is established in the United States and some of our service providers are located outside the European Economic Area.
